Sausage, Spinach, and Tomato Pasta

This is the easiest meal to prepare!

 

Ingredients

1 pound of any pasta

1 package of Italian sausage

1- 10 ounce block of frozen chopped spinach

I can of diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can of chicken broth

Parmesan Cheese to taste

Boil pasta.

Cut sausage into bite size pieces and brown on medium heat in a frying pan.

Cook spinach in a covered dish for approximately 5-6 minutes in microwave.  Do not need to drain.

Drain pasta and pour back into pot.  Add spinach, sausage, diced tomatoes, and enough chicken broth to make it moist.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese after dishing out.

Makes 4-6 servings
